  • It wasn’t until until my mid-60’s at an overnight sleep lab, that I learned I had Restless Leg Syndrome and Sleep Apnea. I could be pulled out of my restorative sleep cycles as many as 35+ times an hour, all while I thought I was sleeping. I had no idea this was happening because it never woke me completely. Since then I’ve become fascinated on the study of sleep, or sleep-deprivation as in my case, which is why this page exists.
